Community is at the heart of everything we do. We not only want to support the local community, but also strive to create opportunities for neighbors to come together, build connections, and feel empowered to contribute. That's why we've committed a section of the property to be a community-lead garden and pollinator strip. We're still at the very beginning, and there are a lot of exciting opportunities to get involved.

Arcadian Avian Refuge is a sanctuary and pigeon rescue resource in the Portland/Vancouver area. We are not an emergency veterinary hospital or a 24-hour intake facility. This page will help connect you with the people and resources most likely to help a pigeon in need.
